All orders (other than samples) will be assigned a Dedicated Customer Care Representative – You’ll have your own dedicated representative – someone who knows your order, your needs and is here to to work with you one on one.

You will receive your representative’s direct contact information. Your rep’s number will ring to their desk or to their cell phones or pagers if they are out. This means he or she will be available to you during extended hours – including most evenings and weekends.

Text Messaging for quick questions & status updates available!  Your rep will even include his/her text message number as well for an easy, on the go way to communicate.
