Q. Can I change the color or size of an invitation you show?
A. The paper colors, sizes and designs of the invitations we sell in our catalog and online catalog are available only as shown in the photos. However, we may have an identical, or at least similar, item in another color. Just ask, we’ll be happy to check for you.
Also remember, on most items you may add the accent color you want with the ink and lined inner envelope colors you select.
Q. Can you print wording on my invitations that I have written or do I have to choose from your list?
A. Your invitation should be as unique as you! We encourage you to create a message that conveys all of your unique feelings. However, please keep in mind the size of your invitation and that sometimes we may suggest changes or adjustments if things don’t fit properly. Also note that some items are set up in such a way that a particular format or wording must be followed. Such items will be noted.
Q. Can you print artwork on an invitation?
A. Yes, in most instances. We do offer standard motifs, designs and monograms as well as the option to add your own artwork, provided it meets our guidelines for resolution and clarity. Generally speaking, standard web graphics are not acceptable print quality. If in doubt, please send your proposed artwork in for review and we’ll advise you.
Q. Can I have a photograph printed on my invitations?
A. Using a photograph depends on what you would like done. Please e-mail us at cs@printedexpressions.com and we can give you special pricing and suggest ways in which your photo will work with the item you’ve chosen.
Q. Can my invitations be printed in Spanish, German, French or other languages?
A. Yes, we can print your invitations in a foreign language!
As long as it uses the English alphabet, there will be a minimal, one-time charge regardless of the quantity of items that you are ordering.
If your foreign language does not use the English alphabet, please e-mail us at cs@printedexpressions.com and we can give you special pricing and let you know how to go about ordering your invitations. Please include the item number/name.
Q. What is the difference between soft white, bright white and ecru papers?
A. Soft White – Soft white invitations, like white wedding gowns, have been the traditional choice of brides for years because of their soft, vanilla-colored hue and ability to complement other colors.
Bright White – Our bright white invitations are crisp, clean and pure
Ecru – Creamy and warm, ecru invitations have always been a socially correct choice. Their versatility makes them perfect for weddings with either white or off-white color schemes.

A. Yes, generally speaking you can order blank invitations and accessories. You will receive a 10% discount off the price shown online. Please e-mail us cs@printedexpressions.com and we can help you order your blank invitations.
Q. Can I have my invitation wording printed in a colored ink?
A. Yes, most usually! Please note that a few selections may have limited color choices due to the way they are designed but the vast majority will give you an ink color option.

Q. Can I receive a proof of my invitation?
A. Yes! Many items provide an instant, free online preview. This is not an actual proof but does give you a very good idea of what the finished product will look like.
Programs are always proofed and that is included in the price shown. Proofs are e-mailed to you in black and white to display how your wording will be printed in the font and spacing you have selected. Proofs require 2-3 business days to be processed.
Other items may be proofed for a small charge. Please request this at the time of ordering. Once the order has been processed it may be to late to add that service so please make sure you note this when ordering.
