Your order is in process as soon as it is placed.    Yes, we do work evenings, weekends and most holidays!

• If we are able to cancel the order, there will be a $25 service fee assessed to your account in addition to any proof fees and charges for work already done.
• Orders which contain artwork or photographs have a minimum cancellation fee of $35.
• If your order has begun processing, it can not be canceled.

Please contact us right away should you find an error and we will do our best to pause the order and make the corrections. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made but will make every effort to do so.

If you have requested a proof, or if the item in question is a program which will always be proofed, you will have the opportunity to make changes and/or corrections to it once it’s been sent to you.
