Most items ship within 2 to 3 business days.  Production time, the time it takes us to print, pack and ship your order, is in addition to shipping time.  If you order an item with overnight shipping that does NOT mean  you will receive the order the next day.  It means you will receive it the day after it ships.

Orders requiring proof will take longer. If a proof is ordered, your order will not be printed until the approval is emailed to us.

Orders where logos are printed will likely experience additional days of production.

Orders where foreign language is printed will likely experience additional days of production.

Turnaround and shipping times are estimates only, and refunds or partial refunds are not given for shipping.

If time is of the essence, we highly encourage you to make note of that prior to, or at the time of, ordering so that we can do everything possible to expedite your order.  We can often times make suggestions for alternative ways of saving time.
